Holiday Ceramics Sale
The Willamette Art Center will host its 10th Holiday Sale Saturday, December 3rd, from 10 AM to 5 PM and Sunday, December 4th from noon to 4PM.
The very same potters that created over 1400 Empty Bowls to feed the hungry, will be selling their own work. Yes, there will be bowls but there will be so much more, from mugs with lady’s faces, teapots and pitchers to fairy castles built on balls and fantastic characters from the sculpture classes. Ceramic Jewelry and Renaissance Faire Pilgrim Flasks will also be available.
“The proceeds from his sale will not only benefit the potters who made the Empty Bowls, but will also benefit the Center by helping to keep the cost of our classes and studio time low,” stated Jim Ransom in an interview with Joel Zak’s “Talking About Art” on KMUZ Radio.
