Mindful Sculpting – K.D. Rowell

Come join us for a two session mindful clay sculpt and drawing processes. With the use of blind scribbling, round robin art process and mindful sculpting, participants have the opportunity for creative exploration while practicing grounding techniques, energy release and the magic that comes when we are not looking.

Clay provided. Limited to 7 students age 18 years & up.
