Help support the Willamette Art Center!
Please make a monthly or one time only tax deductible donation to support the WAC’s ongoing operations–rent, utility bills, facility and equipment repairs, salaries, clay, glazes, insurance—the necessities to keep the doors open and our programs going strong. Every donation, big or small, is greatly appreciated!
Thank you for your support!

Oregon Cultural Trust
The Friends of the Visual Arts doing business as the Willamette Art Center is an eligible participant with the Oregon Cultural Trust. Donations made via the Cultural Trust qualify for a 100% tax credit in Oregon — please click below for details.
The Friends also participate in GoodSearch.com. Every time you search the Web with this engine, they donate a penny to the WAC! You can “Back the WAC” just by surfing the web — how convenient is that? Click their logo to get started.
The Friends thank the Meyer Memorial Trust for a 2008 Grassroots Grant. The grant supported a much needed upgrade to the Glassblowing exhibit in the Artisan’s Village at the Oregon State Fair. It brought our glass equipment into the 21st century, allowing us to expand our art curricula, to offer Glass Blowing classes for the first time in Salem!
City of Salem Cultural and Tourism Promotion Advisory Board (TOT)
The Friends have received two grants from this fund during Fiscal Year 2008. The first, a Capital Improvement grant, has been used to improve our Kiln Yard and create a new entrance to this area. The second is an Operating Expenses grant, and has contributed across the board to our programs.
Oregon Arts Commission
The Friends thank the Oregon Arts Commission for their Arts Recognition Grant. This fund was used to develop and purchase promotional materials for the WAC, including brochures and a video about our Center.
