In Salem, local artists and volunteers create functional and decorative art. The sale raises money for the Marion Polk Food Share and Willamette Art Center.
The Willamette Art Center has hosted this annual event for 17 + years and generated nearly $250,000 in direct support of the Marion Polk Food Share.
Dedicated potters donate their time and skill to produce over 1,200 ceramic items. But the clay, glazes and kiln firings for the pieces creates additional expenses for the WAC.
