I am a native Oregonian who, when not playing with clay, enjoys hiking, backpacking, and camping in my free time. My ceramics journey began 10 years ago with a wheel-throwing class at Chemeketa Community College, and I’ve been hooked on this challenging, inspiring, meditative art form ever since. Teaching at the WAC is a joy, and gives me a community to learn from and share with. I have a passion for helping all students reach their potential and love to challenge them to be curious and take chances when learning.
