Volunteering at the WAC is a great way to meet people, get artistic inspiration, and generally have fun!

Except for a small paid staff, the Willamette Art Center is a volunteer-run organization. Our dedicated volunteers maintain daily operations at the WAC, such as monitoring the studio and Family Clay Sundays. Volunteers also assist with outreach and community programs and are the primary support for Empty Bowls and other fundraising events. If you’re interested in joining our team of volunteers, take our survey today!

Become a Studio Monitor.

Monitors of the Willamette Art Center (WAC) play an important role in the community arts center’s operations. They assist the WAC staff in the daily operation and maintenance of the center and serve as the public face of the WAC when staff is not present. A Monitor is a person who is committed to the betterment of the WAC.
