Join us as we experiment with a variety of art processes that will include mindful-clay-sculpt and scribble art. People of all experience levels can use tools which offer focused goals (i.e., design/project ideas, self-reflection) and/ or opportunities for playfulness and energy release. Through this creative exploration, we will practice grounding techniques and discover the magic that can come when we may not be looking. Supplies provided. All skill levels welcome. Limited to seven students aged 18 years and older. Open studio time included.
